Shipping & Return Policies
Most items in the shop are made at time of order. Processing estimates are one to three weeks. Once the item leaves our shop you must contact the carrier directly.
All items (except sticker orders) are sent with a tracking number which is updated at time of shipping.
Return & Refund Policies
Custom items are not available for returns or refunds.
Please contact us if you need to return an item. Once the return is accepted, then items must be returned with tags in the same condition as shipped (no smell of smoke, perfume, or signs of wear) within 10 business days of receipt. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue store credit in the amount of the original purchase price minus any discounts and shipping costs.
Unless it is the fault of our shop (we sent the wrong color, size, etc) then the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If a package is damaged by the post office, please return the item after contacting us so we can ship a replacement and open a case with them.
